The dealer was not truthful regarding the condition of the vehicle. 1. Headliner damage was disclosed and stated that the repair was professionally performed at a Mercedes Dealership. This was false and the proper repair is costing $3000 at my local Mercedes Dealership. 2. Car was sold with service 25 days past due. My local dealership found both an oil pan leak and a rear main seal leak. These repairs are over $11000. J&S stated at the time of sale that the car was in perfect mechanical condition. 3. Both rear tires are splitting at the inboard tread. I certainly understand that tire replacement is a condition of car ownership, but this is an unsafe condition rather than just low tread life. Rear tires for this are are nearly $2000 installed. Overall, I paid top market value for a car that needs $16000 worth of repair work. More

They had every right to throw me out. The first thing I did was lock the key in the car and the battery was dead.
