Do not use the service department for non warranty repair. Save YOUR money! They are part replacers not mechanics and that is why they are called technicians. They charged me $700 and did not fix my c repair. Save YOUR money! They are part replacers not mechanics and that is why they are called technicians. They charged me $700 and did not fix my car. They replaced a part that was not broke, intermediate steering shaft. Then they wanted to replace the whole steering column ($1700 more). We refused. It was a $9 eBay part (Steering damper) and an honest mechanic ($100) problem solved. More
