J. Pauley Toyota

First of all this is the 3rd Toyota I have bought from J. Pauley. My husband bought the first 2, is now in a nursing home so I bought this one. I had looked one evening after the lot was closed and saw the Pauley. My husband bought the first 2, is now in a nursing home so I bought this one. I had looked one evening after the lot was closed and saw the Venza and really like it. I went to the dealership and Howard was the salesman that talked to me, ask if I wanted to test drive it and I did. It handles just as easily as the 2 Avalon's I have driven. He was very friendly, not pushy and answered all my questions. I told him I would think about and let him know in a day or two. I came home and talked it over with my son but I pretty much had my mind made up, I called Howard back about 8:30 that evening at his home and told him I wanted the car, and I would be there in a day or two to pay for it. I called the morning I was going to Ft. Smith told him what time I would be there and the car was ready and waiting when I got there. After signing all the paper work and paying for the car I left the dealership. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I will definitely tell others about the good service I got there. The customer service that Harold Bashek brought to me and my family was totally awesome, a down right awesome guy with a compassion for all the work that he does, me and my wife were so excited that he was o my family was totally awesome, a down right awesome guy with a compassion for all the work that he does, me and my wife were so excited that he was our sales person when we bought our car. they are rude I decided to leave and go to Faye instead was told by the salesman I wasted his whole day!
