Took my car for first scheduled maintenance. Having issues with it slamming on brakes by itself. My husband attempted to tell them about problem upon arrival but the attendant would not get off phone a issues with it slamming on brakes by itself. My husband asked about issues when he received call to come pick up. Then they required to keep longer to check lane assist things. After we picked up car at 4:30ish after second call(appointment was at 1000), they had driven my car about 100 miles (mileage block on invoice states 3572/3572- not true) and used approximately 1/4 tank of gas and did not replace. I can’t tell much difference in lane assist sensitivity yet but it has not slammed on brake although it did slow down very hard after a car pulled off road way ahead and had to hit gas hard to go. I am less than pleased with them putting the miles and not claiming it on the invoice and not replacing any fuel. I looked at my Toyota app to see how much driven but did not capture pics of those images on that day to prove it. Just got them from start of next day. My calculation shows 114 miles. I know it had to be driven to adjust cameras but I think that’s a bit much and no gas put in. I will give them another chance on my car tho, I have never driven a Toyota before. I think they deserve a second chance. They were very nice when we picked up our car and offered to help if continued problems. So maybe my rating will improve next time. More
