I have never personally bought a car before and was definitely searching for a dealership that wasn't going to jerk me around. I had stopped at about 6 other places and left feeling like I was a big old money sign and didn't feel like being treated like that. At j&m they treated me with respect, explained things to me carefully, answered questions two or three times before I understood the process. They were patient and didn't "low ball" me like other places. Richie made me feel no pressure and he really cared for my wellbeing in the end. Which is all I wanted. I ended up in a Lincoln mkc for exactly the price I wanted... the car has features that I didn't know where possible. It rides beautifully. I couldn't be any happier. Danielle in the finance department also made me feel at ease. It was a great experience and I recomend these guys hands down! Thank you all at j&m!!! More

Working with Brad and George was a lot of fun, I'm a joker and of course, just as anyone, looking for a good deal. Going in for the purchase I knew what I wanted and around what I can pay without a loan. Of course even at the best price I found around the web for this model, Why not put dinner back in my pocket or maybe a small trip? I knew the margins for this vehicle used was in the 2-4k range but this was a tough one, very close to book. Let's face it we all have to eat. Nevertheless Brad and George gave the invoice a tight trim. Not too shabby for a vehicle 8 years old in 9.2/10 condition I honestly expected a full outright "No Can Do" Conveyance fees : I just cringe, But.. upon delivery of my vehicle I was surprised to see 4 brand new tires, a complete Brake job, and get this...New rotors up front! I was floored! I inspected this car and I would not even consider replacing these. I guess anyone reading this is lucky not to buy a car from me! Overall my experience was probably the best I've had buying a car and keep in mind I love to be a wiseguy. George, Brad I would like again to extend my thanks and appreciation for everything and making this a great experience. See you soon for a Winter Machine and George I may even just bring the Ex along for the ride! More

Straight Forward. J&M Automotive set a family business type vibe. They started off very professional and turned very family friendly afterwards. I see how they were able to pull a "Michael Jordan" with the massive 3x peat of "Dealer of the Year" dating back from 2017-2019. Also, from the jump they were very straight forward about everything. They want to make sure you like the car and have a full understanding on what you are paying for. They are open to work with you at your convenience, "Whatever works for you." type deal. These sales reps are very very busy from when they clock in till they clock out. They are there to work and not "Fiddle with their thumbs." So i respect them because of that. Everyone has a job to do at the end of the day, and they do it very well. They really want to make sure you are satisfied with the car you are considering on buying. Yes Sales Rep's do try to sell you a car, but they want to make sure you are happy with the BIG decision you are about to make. From my total experience i would say they are a Great Used Car Dealership. More

I thank Rich Grassi, a salesperson, for politely handling my questions about truck and the comparison pricing of nearby dealerships. Hey, they sold me on a warranty for two years, however, on a solid truck. I am satisfied.
