Great People, No pressure sales tactics. I could tell this dealership was different from the second I got there. I was able to walk around the lot and look at a few different cars without any I could tell this dealership was different from the second I got there. I was able to walk around the lot and look at a few different cars without anyone up my xxx pressuring me into a test drive. When I was ready to take a few cars for a drive, I went inside, met with a salesperson (Dave) , and was on the road within 10 minutes. During the test drive, Dave just sat and answered questions. He didnt ask me 50x if this was the car for me or if I wanted to apply for financing or anything. He left everything up to me to bring up. This is all very important to me. I absolutely hate being pressured into things. It always makes me feel rushed and uncomfortable. A++ experience all around. More

I reached out to Brad as he helped me last time with a vehicle, he remembered me by name, and even though he was in vacation he still dedicated some of his time to help get me in touch with Rich, who was extremely helpful and courteous. He even noticed an issue before i did and got it fixed right away! Most salesmen from "other dealerships" try to hide stuff. He stayed im constant contact throughout the entire process. No pressure sales, and are very knowledgeable about all their vehicles. Ken from finance is an expert at what he does. Very relaxed dealership, no cockiness, no pressure, no looking down on anyone and they are 100% honest. They run it confidently and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. We will eventually be in the market for a minivan within the next year.or so, and will definitely be getting it from J&M. More
