GL550: nice car in mint condition, repairs quickly performed Bill Dwyer from J&M Automotive was my right hand when I decided to seriously consider their GL550 on the lot. We had another GL which was getting old Bill Dwyer from J&M Automotive was my right hand when I decided to seriously consider their GL550 on the lot. We had another GL which was getting old so decided to get a newer one, a 2011. I was a bit hesitant at first as Mercedes cars can be expensive to repair but we really got used to the excellent features and great ride of our GL320. I was delighted that Bill and the team at J&M agreed to not only increase the warranty to two months and 3,000 mi, but also agreed to repair a few minor issues (e.g. door handles, missing headsets for rear DVD, etc.). Few weeks later when I ran into a leaking shock absorber issue during the ME state inspection process, they very quickly came to my help and offered two viable alternatives to remedy the situation. Thus I highly recommend J&M and Bill for always following through and standing behind their dedication to selling quality cars. More
