Best Car Dealership in Connecticut!!! This was the 3rd car we've purchased from J&M. I had my car from them for 14 years. It was finally time for a new one. We worked with Steve Groppi who was amazing. As it turns out, he was the same person who took care of us when we got my husband's car. Steve went over and above in his service to us. We got there late on a Tuesday night. He stayed late to make sure he was able to accommodate us. The first car he showed us was the car I had previously picked off the website, but hadn't told him. There were a few minor things we wanted to have remedied. He took care of everything, and got me a payment I could afford. He also knew I needed the car right away. He made arrangements to drop the car a few days later, had a loner all fueled up and ready for me. Everything was done, and it was seamless!!! The car is great. I would recommend Steve and J&M in general to anyone looking for a dealership that truly stands behind their vehicles. More
