Found the car I want but very rushed service I had a really good experience in terms of the car that I found that was exactly what I was looking for. Otherwise I felt the service to be very rushe I had a really good experience in terms of the car that I found that was exactly what I was looking for. Otherwise I felt the service to be very rushed. I went to this dealership 3 times to look at an Acura MDX i liked. The first time I went later in the day, so I was told to come back Saturday when they reopened so I could see the car in the day time. Upon arrival, the woman who helped me was nice, but I was told to come back so they could figure out my loan/payment information since they could not do it same day. I asked if they could match the Kelley Blue Book value of the car, and she said "no" without any hesitation or attempts to ask someone else about this for me. I felt like this was very off putting. Everything about my loan and payments was told to me via text message the following Monday, and when I went to go back to see my payment agreement I finally got to see what I was looking at in terms of finances for the first time. The gentleman that handled the finances was extremely nice and efficient, but I cannot help but feel like this processed was extremely rushed through. I was just asked to sit and sign away immediately before ever getting a chance to review the financial information. Rich was very helpful in terms of holding the car for me, and even helped me swap my belongings out of my trade in. Very nice man. I have mixed feelings about the entire sale, and do not know if I would use this dealership again. They were not very accommodating in terms of matching the listing price of the car, to the value of its worth and feel like I made a mistake in my purchase being that there are a couple of these cars for sale for a cheaper price online.
