J&M saved the day Steve was so great to us when one of our cars got totaled this past Christmas evening. Find somewhere that only sells quality used cars You shouldn't have to look too hard to find a better place than this to buy a used car. The salesman that took my deposit on the car had been let go b You shouldn't have to look too hard to find a better place than this to buy a used car. The salesman that took my deposit on the car had been let go by the time I came to pick it up, and the salesman that sold me the car had been let go by time I write this review. This dealership sells the used cars other dealerships aren't willing to. I purchased a 2011 Lincoln MKZ that had been totally rebuilt with junkyard parts according to my mechanic. The entire AWD system had been replaced and was not properly reconnected to the transmission which caused the transmission mount to move and make a popping noise when shifting. Drag and resistance on the AWD system resulted in very poor gas mileage. The entire vehicle would move up and down when shifting from reverse to drive. When the front end was replaced the steering rack was reinstalled off by a spline causing the steering wheel to be off center, and making the car dangerous to drive at highway speeds. The transmission would not downshift to first gear when pulling up to a stoplight, and would slam into gear if the light turned green before coming to a complete stop. The car should also never have been sold with such worn brakes and tires. After 3,000 miles I saw the problems piling up and easily chose to trade it in for a $5K loss instead of taking my chances with the garbage this place tried to stick me with.
