To keep this short and sweet I would say 10/10 highly recommend, walk right inside and ask for Sue! But I just can’t do that! I can’t thank Sue enough! I walked into J&M with just an idea of what I wanted and by idea, I mean I couldn’t decide between 5 cars, she is so personable, very attentive to my wants and needs, she stuck to my price range, she had me sit on it over night, the next day I came in narrowed down to 3 cars...The Audi she pulled up was the one that stole my heart!! She made this experience so fun for me, this was my first time ever purchasing a car from a dealership and I do not regret it! More

I loved how my mother and I were treated here. Sue was our sales person. She was sweet and nice from the beginning. She listened to what I wanted and what I could afford. She didn't try to sell me anythin our sales person. She was sweet and nice from the beginning. She listened to what I wanted and what I could afford. She didn't try to sell me anything she knew I couldn't afford. She also addressed any concerns I had about issues on the Ford fusion before I signed anything. She did everything she could to get me approved for finance and kept me up to date on the status of the car. My only complaint was the initial wait time before any one came and talked to us and then once someone did...the person took my license to scan it, said they would be right back, but we waited another 20 mins before we spoke to a sales person. Richie was not as attentive as Sue. She ended up answering all of the questions I had for him. We spoke for maybe 5 mins. He gave me my paperwork, told me where to sign and walked away. Never saw him again. He was supposed to walk us through the signing process. More
