OUR SIDE This customer bought her car 1 1/2 years ago and put 32,000 miles on it with no issues. She bought a mid level extended warranty and is upset some maintenance was not covered. Her car developed a bad coil pack that the warranty did not cover. To help her out we charged $100 plus tax. That is the deductible amount she would have been charged. Much less than the repair really cost. She thought she should not have to pay anything including the deductible amount. A week later she called with a runs funny issue. The car needed a throttle body cleaning which is a maintenance issue also not covered under any warranty. We did that free of charge. Here is the part we do not understand. She now after we helped her 32,000 miles and 1 1/2 years after purchase, leaves bad reviews all over the web. We asked for her to remove them and she said no. She asked after that for us to do more routine maintenance and we declined. We sell over 200 cars a month and would not do so if they were overpriced or in bad condition. In business for 28 years, we pride ourselves on above and beyond customer service. We did not deserve this review.
