Great price for a great car! I love my new car. The salesman Ron was very nice. He tried to help but did not know too much about the vehicle at all. Steve and Ken were great whe I love my new car. One comment (both times I visited the dealership it was about 6:00 and they close at 7:00) which is why I felt I was rushed out of there both times. It was almost like they couldn't wait for you to leave, which is the reason for only 4 stars below. One key came with this vehicle which is a bit scary if you lose that one key (not the dealer's fault.)Danielle was very helpful in recommending a locksmith that J&M uses for their cars. As I am writing this review the locksmith called me and we will probably connect this afternoon. Great service and a great recommendation. More

Great Experience! We had never been to J&M before - their selection is huge with 2 large lots full of quality cars to chose from. We test drove several cars and we couldn't believe how clean they all were. Our salesman, Ray Demers, was excellent. Really couldn't ask for more from him. He was patient, knowledgeable, and straight-forward. He knew everything about the cars we test drove and he wasn't pushy at all. He reiterated the fact that purchasing a car is a big investment and he wanted us to be sure of our decision. We told him we would return the following day to test drive a couple more and he gave us his cell number before we left that first day and told us to call him any time with any questions or concerns we may have. We ended up buying a car the next day which I love! I am so happy I found J&M Automotive - I feel they are truly a superior dealership (we went to others before this one and none compared to J&M). They are friendly, the cars are beautiful and they have a huge selection. Their website is great too...you can look at a detailed list of all their inventory. I highly recommend them and if you go, ask for Ray - he really goes out of his way to ensure you are happy. He maintained great communication skills with us throughout the process....even after we purchased the car! More
