In this purchase, Sue was my sales rep and she handled all of my questions and concerns on buying a used vehicle in the State of CT. I found her most helpful in helping me secure all the items needed to drive the car off the lot. In the future, should I need another used automobile I will not hesitate to use J&M. I can see, since my first auto purchase here, they have grown and more than doubled in size so I assume they are treating other customers just as they treated me. More

Then I am seated in front of Steve who gets me through all the paperwork. The whole time I feel comfortable with the process. Everyone makes me feel as if they could be selling to a family member. They were even a tentative and patient with my 10 year old as he hung out in the lobby. More
