I love my car and I got a great price but I took almost 3 weeks to detail my car. Which would’ve been fine but I didn’t have another car to drive. Within a few days of having my car, my key fob wasn’t workin weeks to detail my car. Which would’ve been fine but I didn’t have another car to drive. Within a few days of having my car, my key fob wasn’t working and I noticed an intense sound with the brakes and when I accelerate. I brought it back to j&m and got the brake sound fixed and the key fob battery replaced. They said they didn’t notice anything abnormal as to the acceleration sound. I’ve had the car for about 3 months now and the sound when I accelerate has gotten worse and worse. I finally got a day off to bring it to a repair shop and I need a new belt because it’s cracked and really old. This was my first time purchasing a car, and I’m not sure if I’ll go back to J&M for my next car purchase. More

J&M don’t play around I requested the car I wanted to J&M don’t play around I requested the car I wanted to test drive it was ready once I got there they took my license handed me the keys to test drive J&M don’t play around I requested the car I wanted to test drive it was ready once I got there they took my license handed me the keys to test drive it in less than an hour I was out the Door I’m so happy with the car I purchased so I decided to go with it they completed my paperwork handled everything all I had to do was go back in when car was ready for pick up and sign papers I was out the door in less than 30 minutes... every dealer I been to I felt like I was there for hours and they always rush me and try to convince me to buy a car I wasn’t really feeling so I definitely would recommend them and go back for future purchase! More
