Great experience having never purchased a used car before this was a great (and much better than expected) experience. They are not high pressure sales people who lea having never purchased a used car before this was a great (and much better than expected) experience. They are not high pressure sales people who leave you feeling like somehow they're taking advantage of you. They are knowledgeable about their product. They are patient and take time to explain things. Once we decided on a car, they took a $300 deposit (unlike other places which demanded at $500 deposit). They processed our paperwork and the pick up was relatively quick and definitely painless. Sue is a great salesperson, she seems to know her stuff and she's very caring. Steve did the paperwork swiftly and was very thorough. Overall we are very pleased and would definitely purchase from here again. More
