Super service We purchased a 2008 Ford Edge at in the beginning of September. The sales people and the people who take care of the financing were very helpful and We purchased a 2008 Ford Edge at in the beginning of September. The sales people and the people who take care of the financing were very helpful and pleasant. After having the car for less than 2 weeks I was hit by a man speeding thru a red light and the car was totaled. I went back to J&M to look at another Edge and they were super supportive and extremely helpful. Danielle in financing was super to work with. They also took both cars to my mechanic to allow him to check both cars out before we committed to purchase either of them. More

Whenever I ignore my gut, I have come to regret the decision I have made. Upon meeting Steve G., in the parking lot of J & M Automotives, while I test drove one of the cars, my gut told me he was someone I could trust to help me find the right used car. I found him to be the most sincere, personable car salesmen I ever met. From our initial meeting in the parking lot, to the final sale of the car. I have never met a car salesmen with more integrity and caring, covering every detail, until I was comfortable with the sale. It felt like I was his sister and he just wanted me to find the right car. My gut tells me that I have found a great place to do business.
