It was the easiest , smoothest transaction I have ever experienced! My daughter was buying her first new car which can be scary seeing she’s only 19 years old and he made both of us feel so comfortable and at ease. Rich was extremely knowledgeable and my daughter was approved for her loan on her OWN in less than 10 minutes.
