Being a GM Service Manager, Parts Manager and Warranty Administrator gives me a unique perspective on buying cars. I purchased a 2010 VW Routan from J&L Auto in February. The sales person (Jackson Hukill) answered my questions and provided excellent service in a friendly and professional manner. Three weeks after my purchase, one of the power windows stopped working. During my intial visit, I asked Jackson what happens if something like this occured. He told me that they would repair failures of this matter for 30 days. Keeping in mind that this was a verbal commitment and there was nothing in writing, I telephoned Jackson and requested that it be repaired. Without hesitation he said they would repair it for free. The point of all of this is not only did I get a good deal, I got a Dealership that would stand by their word. Thanks Jackson and everyone at J&L. More
