Best dealer experience ever! I've purchased many cars, both new and used, and I must say this was one of the best experiences I've had. Steve was responsive to my initial email qu I've purchased many cars, both new and used, and I must say this was one of the best experiences I've had. Steve was responsive to my initial email query, on a Sunday no less. Once at the lot the following Monday, Jackson was attentive and personable. There was no pressure to buy and clear answers were provided to all my questions. We really enjoyed working with Jackson, not just as a salesman, but on a personal level as well. I had gone to several other dealerships looking for my ideal vehicle with no luck at all. It caused me to assume that all car salesmen were only after every penny I had in my bank account, until I found J&L Auto! Their complete sales team was beyond exceptional (Although, I unfortunately didn’t have the pleasure of meeting the star team member Frank The Dog.) Definitely not your average car dealership & I mean that in the BEST way! They won't pressure you & they'll answer all your questions. They speak with you as an actual person, NOT just a customer. They want to help you make sure you're comfortable with your decision and won’t try to sneak on thousands of dollars of unnecessary extras. I would refer any future car buyers to this dealership.
