It was very warm, and welcoming; feels like you are in your own home. Overall, we would highly recommend this location for anyone who needs a vehicle. I spoke with Tim who was very helpful and responsive on the phone. Since we live over an hour and a half from the dealership I was hesitant on making the drive, but went ahead and did it anyways. There were actually two cars that I wanted to see, Tim had both cars upfront ready to go for us to look at and test drive. After test driving both vehicles we made a decision on one of them. We sat down with Tim and came up with a deal that was fair for both the dealership and myself. It was an extremely pleasant visit. This was probably the first vehicle that I have purchased where I have walked out of the dealership and felt good about the purchase price. We purchased a vehicle on a Friday afternoon but could not pick it up until Sunday due to a scheduled trip. Tim made arrangements to have somebody meet us at the dealership with keys to the car so we could pick it up on our way back from our engagement. Top-notch customer service all the way. I will definitely shop here for my next used vehicle purchase. More
