After the initial conversation we were comfortable putting down a deposit, and came a couple of days later to check it out. We wouldn't ordinarily do a deposit but Tim's understanding of his inventory and our needs reassured us he'd help us find something. I usually hate the cringey experience of buying used cars... so many sales people don't listen, up-sell, play games with prices and trade-ins, etc... so we were very pleased. Closing was fast too. We'd consider making the 2-hour drive again for the same kind of service. Oh and thanks for the tank of gas! More

After purchasing a 2018 vehicle from them…less than 3 months later it breaks down. We discover the battery is covered in rust, the terminal clamps are one sneeze away from crumbling and the cover to prot months later it breaks down. We discover the battery is covered in rust, the terminal clamps are one sneeze away from crumbling and the cover to protect where the battery is located (in front of the driver side wheel) is not only zip tied to the frame but broken in half - leaving only the battery fully exposed to whatever the tire may kick up. When expressing our frustration to the dealership they basically deny any responsibility and then expect US to pay nearly to fix an issue that shouldn’t have been there in the first place. This should have been fixed before the car even hit the lot, but silly us for trusting their inspection standards. Reluctantly (and with MUCH frustration and conversations in between), we agree to have them fix it and to pay about half the original quoted cost. We then bring our vehicle home to find that not only is the support (that holds the hood up) detached from the frame (which by the way was just fine when we took it to them) but that somehow our lights are now staying on even with no key near it. This will obviously kill the new battery we just paid them to put in… Go ANYWHERE but hear and save yourself time, money & frustration. More
