Nils was friendly and have known him for a long time. Car was on sale and we had no trade in but they were still set on price. Got a good car for a good price. My wife spoke with Jim Mullarkey to verify vehicle was @ Cedarville dealership, it was not but said he'd get it there. The next day Jim got it to Cedarville, had us call as we left home so he could have the Cedarville dealership, it was not but said he'd get it there. The next day Jim got it to Cedarville, had us call as we left home so he could have the car warmed up and ready for us. Knowing we could not get there until 6:00PM and they closed at 7 he had "the wheels in motion" should we decide to purchase the vehicle, and apparently had advised the personnel that would be involved in the transaction ahead of time that we would be coming in late. Jim met us at the door as we pulled in, test drove our trade-in while we test drove the car we inquired about. He was very friendly with a great personality. Jim was to the point about the car and the price without a lot of "flowery" words, professional yet personable. He was very understanding when my wife cried about having to trade-in her "baby". We purchased the car and Mike, the "financial" guru, had to work OT, (that's Own Time), to complete all the necessary paperwork yet did not try to rush us and was most pleasant towards us. It was a GREAT PLEASURE to do business with Jim. We found a car we liked on the internet and called Jim to discuss. He made sure it was at that facility when we arrived.
