When we realized we could wait no longer for a 2nd vehicle, I started searching the internet. No question was left unanswered and we were able to get preapproved online. The inventory was huge and I found EXACTLY what I was looking for. We were contacted by Nils Sandstrom who made buying our van as easy as going through a McDonald's Drive Thru! Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful even though we were not a big sale. Looked at the easy to navigate website for this dealer on a Thursday night and by Friday evening, I was driving a new (to me) Chevy Equinox!
