I got a 2014 jeep Cherokee in December and I have been in the shop once a week since. Transmission updates, then transmission went bad, had to be replaced. Motor mounts had to be replaced, alternator had to the shop once a week since. Transmission updates, then transmission went bad, had to be replaced. Motor mounts had to be replaced, alternator had to be replaced as well as battery. Cup holder broke first week. The hose for the windshield wiper fluid was not even attached when I first went to use it, it was spraying out the side of my hood. Tire popped in first week it was so warped from not being rotated. The gear xxxx button had to be replaced. The screen goes out after driving a lil. Now I’m having electrical problems and service transmission light came back on took it in the said it was a loose battery terminal and they fixed only to wake up the very next day doing the same stuff. (Lock and unlock won’t work, wipers won’t work, headlight will be out and blinkers won’t work till I start driving the car a bit. To top it off when I was there to buy the car a pledge my profit sharing check instead of taxes because I don’t get taxes. The financial company agreed and the sales manager and sales lady all knew. Then come tax time I’m being harassed and told they will take my car because I was lying. “They would never let someone promise a bonus check” so I went up there and the sales manager remember the conversation and spoke on my behalf and then they switch it up and said if you show proof of filling taxes and that you don’t receive a refund then you will be fine! I did that and was still being harassed about money. Asking if I can pay extra towards my payments to make up for it. No no and no…….i have spent so much money in Ubers bc my car has been in shop and I still have to work. After I got the car and people were asking where I got it from they all had similar stories or knew someone who also experienced issues. Not to mention they use rebuilt parts to fix your car. Just a band-aide fix. I will never recommend them! Ever!!!! I am seeking a lawyer as well! More

They refused to refund my money or put me in something else once I informed them that it was roaches in my car. I noticed it the night I got the car. Went in the following day and they gave me 2 bombs. Bo else once I informed them that it was roaches in my car. I noticed it the night I got the car. Went in the following day and they gave me 2 bombs. Bombs does not work effectively if roaches are hidden inside the car. More
