Vehicle has been in shop over 7 times since March They have been fixing what is wrong but the engine went bad after 2 weeks then the power steering went bad then the new engine had a oil leak, then th They have been fixing what is wrong but the engine went bad after 2 weeks then the power steering went bad then the new engine had a oil leak, then the transmission solenoids went bad now the starter is bad. The service department has taken care of everything without charge except for the starter. It's just this vehicle has multiple issues that should of been caught before putting out on the lot. So not a happy customer and probably will go somewhere else next time. More

Every time I had tried I have always been denied I have a low credit score and been wanting a New 4 Door Truck with 4 Wheel Drive for many years now. Every time I had tried I have always been denied or have to have a nice sum of money down. About 4 years ago My wife and I needed a new vehicle hers finally junked out. I called J.D. Byrider to see what they can do for the little amount we had to put down. We at that time had a 0 credit score. They were able to approve us and get her a new Van. Now here it is 4 years later and to find out I qualified for another vehicle for as low as $0 down. I was like Yeah Right. I decided to go in and see what they had to offer. As I get there, I see the truck I have always been wanting. There sat a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 4 door with 4wheel drive. Beautiful looking truck. So as I talked to sales guy and sitting there with them for about 3-4 hours going over everything and in the long run they did end up approving me for $0 down and I was able to Drive home with this truck that I have been dreaming of having for many years. I was in shock. Stuff like this don't normally happen to me. Every since we got my wife new van our credit has improved and now for me to drive away in this truck just made my experience with J.D.
