xxxxing horrible Wont eve do business here again. We drove over a hour to sit in a office 2 hours alone before anyone had contact with us. We were able to do everything over the phone due to living further away then we get notified we had to do a interview in person when the questions could of been asked over the phone. We were guaranteed approval before getting there and the payments would be under what we are paying now. We get there sat 2 hours in the office after abby says jj will be right in. Jj comes in he is dumber the dumb asking us the same questions that we have already filled out. He leaves the room comes back in 20 minutes later and just says nothing we can do have a good day. Didnt give us options or anything even tho we were already approved. Abby is a lying sack of xxxx, jj is a xxxxxxx, this place is a joke. I'm headed to the corporate office next. More

Not a good experience I was pressured when I was there, I had little to choose from, and I hate my car!! No loaners when they break down, I have to pay $31 one way to get to work using Uber. They can’t get my car in to get fixed for almost a week, so I am stuck without a vehicle. It was a horrible experience all around. I didn’t even know how much this jalopy was until they had my signature, which is my fault, but I never would have paid that much for this car! I will be going elsewhere when it is paid off. More
