Missing parts I bought a car last year, the process was easy, the car is nice but it has no spare tire or jack, I guess I shouldn't have assumed that a normal nece I bought a car last year, the process was easy, the car is nice but it has no spare tire or jack, I guess I shouldn't have assumed that a normal necessity like a spare tire would be included on a car that is costing a lot of money! now I have to spend Hundreds to get a part that should have been included, I can't help feeling I was taken advantage of, in a big way!! Lies and Double Priced Cars I went in to get financed for a nice vehicle during the down payment match event. Everything seemed great and Abby was very helpful, friendly, and per I went in to get financed for a nice vehicle during the down payment match event. Everything seemed great and Abby was very helpful, friendly, and personable as salespeople are. Things were going well other than the 2012 Hyundai Elantra being misquoted buy $1,000 (quoted at $12,500 but really $13,500) no big deal but still $4,000 above fair market value at that price. things took a dark turn when we were escorted over to the CNAC Department to finalize the agreement. When I was presented the paperwork with the finance statement and the price of the vehicle, I, my brother and father were all three shocked when the price jumped from around $11,000 after my $1,000 down payment and their $1,000 matching to almost $20,000 after a financing fee of $5,200 and a 19.88% APR. I had to personally calculate how all of this added up to almost $7,000 over what I was originally quoted because the financing Department said they had no idea and I had to do the math on my phone's calculator because they kept saying they didn't know which was obviously a lie being as though they've been in that department for years and they know exactly what they're doing down to the point of knowing verbatim every statement on each paper without even having to read. On the last piece of paperwork that I was getting ready to sign for this $19,000 car with a fair market value of $8,500 with the same year and mileage, I was told that if I didn't initial two spots that were blatant lies that I couldn't take home the car. The spots where they wanted me to initial stated that this was a fair market value for the car and that all prices were posted in a public place for viewing and I knew about them before agreeing to a credit check by JD Byrider which was a blatant lie and also that I wasn't quoted a lower price that ended up changing later during the financing agreement. Both of these were blatant lies and after all of the stuff I went through in the hours I was there, I had to call it quits. I wasn't going to lie on contract and get myself into legal trouble. This is completely ridiculous, I would recommend any dealership over this one even if you are in desperate need of a vehicle please don't go here. More

xxxxing horrible Wont eve do business here again. We drove over a hour to sit in a office 2 hours alone before anyone had contact with us. We were able to do everything over the phone due to living further away then we get notified we had to do a interview in person when the questions could of been asked over the phone. We were guaranteed approval before getting there and the payments would be under what we are paying now. We get there sat 2 hours in the office after abby says jj will be right in. Jj comes in he is dumber the dumb asking us the same questions that we have already filled out. He leaves the room comes back in 20 minutes later and just says nothing we can do have a good day. Didnt give us options or anything even tho we were already approved. Abby is a lying sack of xxxx, jj is a xxxxxxx, this place is a joke. I'm headed to the corporate office next. More
