This was my first routine maintenance for my 2013 Ford Fusion. Darryl Smith and I selected a mutually convenient time for me to bring the car in and leave it for the maintenance, and an adjustment of som Fusion. Darryl Smith and I selected a mutually convenient time for me to bring the car in and leave it for the maintenance, and an adjustment of some of the electronics that I had also requested. My car was ready when scheduled. All the work was completed on time and as promised. Darryl communicates via phone and/or e-mail respondong promptly to inquiries and requests. The key word that I will used is "Dependabiity". Darryl promised that certain work would be done and that it would be completed at a stated time, and it was completed at that time. I am very pleased with Darryl Smith who was responsible for my new car's routine checkup. Combine that with the satisfaction I have from purchasing my car from Marvin Hirsch and J C Lewis Dealership, and I will recommend them to anyone interested in buying a car. Jim Farley More

I made an appointment online, but it didn't show up on their books, however, they fixed me up regardless, he wasn't sure if my car would be finished the same day, but he said he tried to push it through. My car was finished in less 4 hours! Very friendly, and extremely helpful! He even fixed my tire pressure before I left, and explained how to do it for future reference! More

Lewis and purchase a new 1988 Ford Festiva (which we still have and use). Since then we have purchased several cars (both new and used) from J. C. Lewis and are always happy with the service we receive. Currently we own (all purchased new) a1988 Ford Festiva, 2000 Ford Explorer Sport, 2011 Ford Escape. The dealership maintains them well for us. The service is great; easy to make a convenient appointment and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. More

Service was fast and every one was pleasant to deal with. After paying for my service I returned to my new car to find that the mechanic had gotten back in my car with oil and grease still on his hands when he drove my car out of the service bay. I found oil on my gear shift, steering wheel, arm rest, door handle, and on the hood when he closed it. I have a white ford focus and I had just washed it the day before the service. I have leather interior and thankfully had Clorox wipes handy to clean everything before it stained. I got everything cleaned up and there was no damage so no harm done, I just feel that when you take your new car into the dealer there is a certain level of professionalism you expect. I would never get into my new car with grease, oil and grime still on my hands. I would expect this if I went to a discount fast back yard oil change service station. I was happy with the staff and the time it took for my service, however if we are sacrificing respect in other people’s property to accomplish this than I think 10 more minutes to wait while you wash your hands is not out of the question. I was visiting the Savannah area with my grandson. On the way to Savannah, on I16, my speedometer quit, no gas. I had to pull over to the side of the road. I was able to get the car started and the em the way to Savannah, on I16, my speedometer quit, no gas. I had to pull over to the side of the road. I was able to get the car started and the emmission control light was on. I did not know what that meant. On Monday morning, I brought my car into the Ford dealership to see what the problem was and if it could be fixed. I had my eleven year-old grandson with me and I did not want to take any chances with his safety and we needed to get back to Albany. My first encounter at the dealership was with someone who directed me to the service department. Once I got to the service department, Chase asked me how he could help. He took all my information and directed me to a waiting area. As different employee came by, the all spoke, asked how I was doing, did I want any coffiee or something to drink. They wer all very cordial. Chase came over to the waiting area and explained to me what the problem with my car was, what it would cost. He also told me it would probably be in my best interest to report the problem to the Corporate office, in case there was ever a recall, I would get my money back. I appreciated his concern, as I am a federal employee and am dealing with the furlough and other government issues. Overall, I appreciated the way I was treated, with respect. If I am in the Savanna area and should ever have another problem, I would use your services again and would be glad to recommend your establishment to anyone. Thanks again for making this unexpected complication less stressful and pleasant. Donna More

Instantly i felt at home, and thought "this guy knows his stuff" There was some what of a wait, granted the problem i had was somewhat considered a big deal. All in all the situation was handled accordingly, and promptly by Mr. Roble. When the service was complete, i was asked if the service was to my satisfaction, and if there was anything else they could do for me by Calvin Turner, and Chase. I was most satifisfied and from that day forward im a customer for life of JC Lewis Ford, and their service team. Ford for life! More

My air conditioning has been giving me trouble the last few weeks. I took the car to JC Lewis Ford to see about having the air conditioning system looked at and also to have a battery replaced. They replac few weeks. I took the car to JC Lewis Ford to see about having the air conditioning system looked at and also to have a battery replaced. They replaced the battery (charing me a $20 installation charge that they never mentioned in their price quote). I also had a blinker light replaced for $18 which is outrageous. For ~$94 they looked at my air conditioner and determined I needed a whole new system (stating my compressor was bad and that some tube to the air conditioner was plugged up) and that the estimated cost would be $1800. To their credit, when I complained about the costs of the services I had done on the car, they lowered the charge to look at the air conditioner by half. When I inquired about lowering the cost of their estimate for replacing the air conditioning they said they could reduce it by a little. I took the car to another location and the air conditioning estimate is ~$800. Less than half the cost of JC Lewis Ford. More
