They determined the alternator was in need of replacement. The one they had obtained was not working properly, so they overnighted a brand new one. I received a call this morning from Darryl that THE RECALL REPLACEMENT FIX HAD NOT BEEN DONE! This was the ONLY reason I brought my truck there... I had the oil change done as it was convenient to do while the truck was there. I THANK Darryl for calling back when he realized the fix wasn't done and I will get a "free" oil change coupon - but I find it totally negligent and potentially dangerous that the recall fix was not done when that was WHY I drove the truck way out there in the first place. More
Excellent Customer Service I took my 2013 Ford Edge into J.C. Lewis for serive on the front passanger suspension. Dontae was my service rep and took excellent care of me. I had a very short wait before I was put into a rental car thru enterprise. The staff was very friendly to me. MY car was repaired within one day after dropping it off. Super fast service and excellent customer service! Plus my car was still under warranty and I had no charge for the service! Thanks again Dontae you REALLY took care of me! More

I was able to make my appointment on JC Lewis' webs I have a 2013 F-350 DRW that was due for an oil/filter change along with fluids, and tires checks. I was able to make my appointment on JC Lewis' website very easily. When I arrived the day of the appointment, I was met quickly and efficiently by Darryl. Services were performed while I waited and completed rapidly. The entire process took ~ one hour and all went well. I feel very confident in letting JC Lewis work on my vehicle. More
I stopped in from out of town with an overheating problem with my pick up. They looked at it promptly, which was great because I had to leave town the next day. After a couple of hours or more troubleshooti with my pick up. They looked at it promptly, which was great because I had to leave town the next day. After a couple of hours or more troubleshooting, they could not pinpoint a problem, other than I had been towing a trailer. My return trip of over 1000 miles went trouble free. They were kind enough to not charge for the service even though I tried to pay. The service and help were fantastic! More
My experience with Darryl Smith has always been very positive. He is professional and knowledgeable. I trust his judgement and know when I leave my car with him the job will be done correctly. I made a scheduled appoint for the Ford "Works Package" and a down load of the computer for any codes. Chase Roble did an excellent job of getting my vehicle completed and I was out the door in a Package" and a down load of the computer for any codes. The service is great especially Chase, he is my service guy who always takes care of me when I c vehicle in for services at J.C. Ford service center.
