Swift Action to my issue I am a very busy man with an excruciating schedule. My wipers would not shut completely off but rather stayed in delay mode. Met with Barry Drummond, very professional and polite. While waiting for the repair to be completed I had to opportunity to visit with my salesman from two years ago when I purchased my truck, Steve Hewitt and David Jung. They were very gracious to take time from their busy day to catch up and say hello. All in all GREAT experience, GREAT dealership. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with J C Lewis. More

Top shelf customer service! Had an immediate service issue and stopped by service department at 4pm. Was not expecting to be able to get it corrected immediately. T.C. stopped what he was doing, diagnosed the problem, completed the work and had me out in an hour. Never once did I get the impression that I was putting him out or keeping him from trying to get his work completed by days end. He is a true professional. What a great experience! FS More

F-150 warranty service I brought my 2012 F-150 in for service. Don Johnson was the service rep that took care of the service for me. He seemed very knowledgeable and eager t I brought my 2012 F-150 in for service. Don Johnson was the service rep that took care of the service for me. He seemed very knowledgeable and eager to get the work done quickly for me. JC Lewis' shuttle service dropped me off at my office. After repairing the issue, checkout was simple and easy. Everyone in the service and parts departments were friendly and very interested in ensuring my truck was properly and quickly serviced. All in all, a great experience. More

extremely disappointed I had high hopes for working with J.C.Lewis Ford because my sales rep was very helpful, and I had heard great things about the Fiesta I was purchasing I had high hopes for working with J.C.Lewis Ford because my sales rep was very helpful, and I had heard great things about the Fiesta I was purchasing. However, it's been a horrible experience since the day I bought my car. In less than one year, my brand new 2013 automatic Fiesta has had to have the clutch system replaced twice! Furthermore, when I brought the car in recently for the third time with the same issue, the General Manager claimed (repeatedly) that there was no record of the second time I had the clutch system replaced. Yet when I asked a service center employee to check the system the next day, the information was readily available, clearly stating the work that had been done. This is not the first time I have gotten mixed messages from the J.C. Lewis staff, as I was told by a service representative the second time I brought the car in that my car was an anomaly and that the problem was new, but a few days later when I called to ask when my car would be ready, I was told that there were 2 other Fiestas ahead of me in line to have the clutch replaced (for the same issue as mine). While I'm hopeful that the problem is now fixed, I have felt completely unsupported by J.C. Lewis Ford. Although it is more inconvenient, I will be looking for a different dealership to assist me with future repair work. More
