This was a very pleasant experance and all the Professionals within the JCLewis family where by far hands down the best. A casual approach, low-keyed approach is exactly what this consumer is looking for. If the sales staff had engaged in high-pressure tactics, I would have been out the door immediately. Bill James, financial services manager, even managed to remove alot of the "hurt" that goes along with actually paying for the vehicle. We have had our new Edge for just two days but we are certainly pleased with the product at this point. I did almost all of the legwork over the phone and through the internet with James Barr in internet sales. No haggling over the price; J.C. Lewis participates in a N.R.A. members buying program.
