My experience at JC Lewis has been nothing more than exceptional. From the first time I purchased a vehicle from the dealership back in 2010, the dealings with all salesmen and their service department exceptional. My husband and I have purchased from JC Lewis a total of seven vehicles from 2010 until present. My husband has had 3 new Ford F-150 pickup trucks from a 2010 to a Harley Davidson 2012. I have purchased a Ford Focus, a Ford Fusion and now a Ford Escape. Last year as a gift for our granddaughter who was becoming a high school senior and will soon relocate to college, we purchased a new Ford Fiesta for her. Additionally, my son has purchased more than one vehicle from JC Lewis within the last 8 years. All of these buys have been nothing but wonderful and all salesman and their leadership have gone out of the way to ensure we were perfectly satisfied with our purchases. JC Lewis is an exceptional Ford dealership and I have referred several other individuals to that dealership who have also made a purchase from them. No local buying from the dealership here in Hinesville as I have found on several different occasions before coming to JC Lewis that we did not always get the best deal nor the best service. A special thanks goes out to Jason Strickland for obtaining a better loan rate and explaining to me and offering me a chance to make a decision which ultimately was a better deal. As I waited to close the deal on Saturday PM, 27 Jul, we were offered every convenience they could offer at the dealership from offering drinks and engaging in casual conversations with several other salesmen of which I do not know their names. The service department at JC Lewis has been more than responsive to all of our needs. Although we have never needed any major service work completed to date, we take the time to drive to that dealership for the routine service on our vehicles because we know they have the care and customer service focused on both the car and the owner. I called Emily to see about a Ford Focus ST while stationed in Germany. I will be returning in the future, and while I wasn't able to complete the sale, it was not due to service at all. In fact, the prices I was quoted overseas with other Ford sales locations were beat in record time. And I had pictures of the car with all the details on it very quickly. I was impressed. Indeed, when someone says they can do something and then they do it...exceed it....isn't it worth the time to write a review? Even if I didn't buy a car, I am taking the time to write feedback. Through the first car buying experience over 3 years ago to the most recent on July 23, 2013, I cannot recall a single time where I was treated as a customer who was a burden or an annoyance. In fact, it's more accurate to say that we were treated like friends that were in the market to buy a car. From the front sales desk through every person I've encountered in the service department, this has been the case. I could write paragraphs on how well the experiences have been at JC Lewis Ford but in the end it will come down to the people and their friendliness and concern for the customer. Congratulations to the management for creating a culture that makes the car buying and servicing experience enjoyable as opposed to dreadful. And, thank you to all the employees that take the time to ensure that the experiences throughout the dealership are the best that they can be. The dealership was very responsive to online inquiries, and had several vehicles on the lot that met my desires for a new Ford. The employees that I worked with were all very courteous, friendly, professio and had several vehicles on the lot that met my desires for a new Ford. The employees that I worked with were all very courteous, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in helping me make the best decision for my personal preferences and did not - at any time - try to "up-sale" me. The showroom was immaculate, and the overall experience was conducted in a comfortable and accommodating environment. The employees that I worked with stayed 2 hours past closing time in order to complete the transaction, happily and without any feeling of trying to rush through the process. I am very satisfied with the service provided by JC Lewis Ford, with the vehicle that I purchased and with the follow-up contact phone calls and emails, etc, that I have received. This dealer has already been recommended to several friends and associates, and I will certainly visit JC Lewis when shopping for my next vehicle. More
Bruce Roseman was exceptional. He was very easy to deal with and he made the deal be the best experience that I have experienced in a while. The only thing that we found on the vehicle was the left front rim has been scratched down to the metal and Bruce is working on getting it replaced or re-chromed. Over all we are very satisfied.
