Excellent service, had run numbers before visit and came in really close to our number going in. The extra work touching up the paint offset the difference. I came in wanting to do what turned out to a complex transaction. I had leased a 2013 Fusion Titanium on a low mileage 2 year lease in May. I also owned a 2011 Toyota Tacoma quad cab pickup that was p transaction. I had leased a 2013 Fusion Titanium on a low mileage 2 year lease in May. I also owned a 2011 Toyota Tacoma quad cab pickup that was paid for. I had fallen in love with the Fusion and didn't use the truck much, so I inquired about trading in the truck and converting the lease into a sale. (Part of the objective was to lower my monthly payments). This turned out to not work financially because of lease termination charges). Then creativity at the dealership kicked in and they worked out a deal where I would trade in the truck, trade in the 2013 Fusion, pay off the lease termination fees, and put me into a 2014 Fusion Titanium hybrid on a 3 year higher mileage lease with a net payment reduction of about $120/month. Kudo's to Mr. Godwin, Mr. Bonorato and the sales manager involved for putting in the effort to come out with a very creative solution at a time when the dealership was very busy. More
