Our sales experience was most positive. Drew Thompson contacted us through email/internet with information and details. My husband works late often and we took off one evening to visit J C Lewis Ford and see Drew about a truck, so we were late evening arriving. Drew greeted us and gave us all the time we needed in choosing a truck. He was helpful and supportive as we looked at many trucks. He was straightforward and honest in his dealings and we appreciated that greatly. We were there at closing and Drew never made us feel rushed and we negotiated a deal we found most favorable. In the finance department, Joe Welch was efficient and helpful. He also took the time to explain all the forms and figures. Both of these gentlemen as assets to JC Lewis Ford for sure. More

Having purchased several new cars in my lifetime, I can say that this was the simplest and most pleasant experience yet. My husband knew what he wanted, but we were just looking. Larry was respectful of say that this was the simplest and most pleasant experience yet. My husband knew what he wanted, but we were just looking. Larry was respectful of our time and freedom in making the decision. My husband and I had crunched numbers and shopped for months and never could make our chosen truck and package affordable. Larry and the dealership brought multiple incentives to the table that brought the price far below what we were expecting and made it doable. Larry never pressured us, but he did give us information that we didn't have already (which made our decision to buy much easier). Though my husband was buying the truck for himself, Larry never treated me like I was an accessory to the deal or "just the wife". He paid as much attention to my thoughts as he did my husband's. This was particularly important since we planned to use the truck as a family vehicle and needed a few specifics that my husband didn't think of. He also helped us avoid extras that we didn't really want or need to help keep our cost under control. Since we've purchased the truck, we've had it serviced at this dealership. Everything Larry sees me he smiles, comes over to say hi, and offers me a bottled water. He once shuttled me when the car needed to be dropped off for service and the shuttle wasn't available. From beginning to follow up, Larry has done an great job of being more than just a salesman. He's been a resource and genuinely nice guy too. Calvin recently went above and beyond to help me get a small issue with the truck repaired. He scheduled me quickly on a walk in basis and communicated well throughout the process (parts had to be ordered, etc). He went above and beyond to run me back to my house and picked me up later when the shuttle was delayed out on the islands. From the moment I walked in for service until the keys were handed back over to me, Calvin was friendly and very helpful. More

I contacted the dealership through the Web. I was very pleased with the courtesy and helpfulness of the salesperson. I feel I was given a fair price for my new F150. He found the exact truck I was looking for in Orlando, Fla and had it delivered to the Savannah dealership. He helped me get the extra ordered items installed in a very quick manner and getting my new truck as painless as possible. I feel he went above and beyond. The whole process took 5 days and was totally negotiated over the Web, email and phone. I was able to drive to Savannah to get the truck without having to make more than one trip. The only drawback was that I felt I should have gotten more for my trade-in, but eventually I settled for the price they offered. More
Actual salesman was a great experience, but I was a simple customer. I knew what I wanted, asked for it by make, model, color and transmission type and paid cash. My only bad experience was with the Business Dept. where an employee asked me to re-sign all documents in an attempt to take the time to talk me into loan. Stressing a zero percent, 36 month loan, while loading the numbers to show me the rebates that I am passing up, he entered 6.29 APR into the computer to make the numbers more appealing for the rebate. This is the typical thing that a first time car buyers expericence with car salesmen that makes them dispise this process. Don't shell game people, be honest. Tell people the truth and they will buy or they will not, the same procpecst as if you were doing the hard sale. More
