I was looking for something newer and more fuel efficient and having driven Ford products all my life i went to the J C Lewis dealership to see what was available. I was visiting the Savannah area with my grandson. On the way to Savannah, on I16, my speedometer quit, no gas. I had to pull over to the side of the road. I was able to get the car started and the emmission control light was on. I did not know what that meant. On Monday morning, I brought my car into the Ford dealership to see what the problem was and if it could be fixed. I had my eleven year-old grandson with me and I did not want to take any chances with his safety and we needed to get back to Albany. My first encounter at the dealership was with someone who directed me to the service department. Once I got to the service department, Chase asked me how he could help. He took all my information and directed me to a waiting area. As different employee came by, the all spoke, asked how I was doing, did I want any coffiee or something to drink. They wer all very cordial. Chase came over to the waiting area and explained to me what the problem with my car was, what it would cost. He also told me it would probably be in my best interest to report the problem to the Corporate office, in case there was ever a recall, I would get my money back. I appreciated his concern, as I am a federal employee and am dealing with the furlough and other government issues. Overall, I appreciated the way I was treated, with respect. If I am in the Savanna area and should ever have another problem, I would use your services again and would be glad to recommend your establishment to anyone. I really can"t say enough about David McCalla our salesperson and David Jung our sales manager. They were able to find the exact 2014 Mustang GT my wife wanted, do a dealer purchase, and had the new salesperson and David Jung our sales manager. The entire sales experience was absolutely perfect in every respect including the finance associate that we worked with. This is not my first purchase of new car, or Ford for that matter, but this is my first great experience of the process. J.C. Steve was very thorough explaining all the details, benefits and features of my new Taurus. He has a great personality and is very knowledgeable about Ford products . He is definitely an asset to your dealership. My daughter purchased her Fusion and Edge with your dearlership and she feels the same way. I purchased a new car on September 26, 2013 from JC Lewis Ford in Savannah. I have purchased several cars from various dealerships in the past and I can honestly say this was the best experience I have had t Ford in Savannah. Emily Baack (internet consultant) was very quick to respond to my online questions and friendly and honest on the phone. Drew Thompson (salesperson) is definitely not the type of person you think of when you think "car salesman"...instead of trying to push me into a more expensive car with lots of upgrades that I didn't want and would later regret buying he took the time up front to ask me what I was looking for, explained what options were available and asked what was important to me etc. I was very impressed that he was more interested in getting me into the right car for me than selling me the most expensive car I was able to buy. Customer service such as his is the type that all salesman in all lines of work should shoot for- I would never hesitate to recommend him for anyone interested in purchasing a new Ford vehicle. Larry in finance was also very friendly- he explained all of our options in a way that was informative but not abrasive or pushy like some finance people can be. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and everyone that my husband and I interacted with. ps Drew gets bonus points for adopting two of his pets from the shelter :-) More

I would like to give a BIG Thank you to Mike Offer and his team for getting me into my 2014 Ford Explorer Limited, I had been looking for an Explorer Limited @ the right price starting in July 2013, I had his team for getting me into my 2014 Ford Explorer Limited, I had been looking for an Explorer Limited @ the right price starting in July 2013, I had checked with all the local dealers including dealers in Atlanta, Columbus, Lithia Springs and dealers in north Fl. and none of them could meet the price that I was willing to pay or they gave me the run around trying to sell me something that I didn't want. Long story short one Friday sitting @ the computer about ready to give up on the Explorer and go on and purchase a Toyota, I decided to check the Savannah dealerships on line, JC Lewis being just one of them that replied to my email. On Saturday morning I got a call from Emily Baack and I told her what I was looking for and the price that I was willing to pay and also the offer that was made by another Ford dealer which was $800.00 more than I was willing to pay for the Explorer that I wanted, @ that time she told me that she would get Mike Offer to look into it and get back to me. Later that day David McCalla called me also and we talked about what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay, the rest of the day we played phone tag. While sitting @ my computer checking my email @ 10.30 pm on a Saturday night I get an email from Mike Offer with a deal on a 2014 Explorer Limited that was priced right but was missing the moonroof, Mike replied by on Sunday morning telling me that he would find what I was looking for and on Sunday night he did just that, after looking @ the window sticker I told him we had a deal so guess what happen next, I was planning to drive down to Savannah David called and said the other dealership would not release the Explorer, later Super Mike gives me a call and assures me that they would find another Explorer and that's exactly what he done. David gives me a call and we get a date setup for me to make the 3 hour drive down to Savannah and when I get there David rolls out the red carpet the moment that I drive up in the parking lot, he welcomes me and go over the car with me and then brings Larry Bonorato over a very nice guy which goes over all the forms in details, all papers signed and a very HAPPY Willie. Mike Offer is the hardest working man in car sales that I have ever met, he makes it look so easy that you just want to go out and purchase a car, again Thanks Mike & crew for getting me in the Explorer limited that I was looking for. Went in to get a oil change, while there I decided to look at a F-150 with four full doors (crew cab) and they made me the deal that I felt was fair for us both and I drove away with a new truck. I like the fact that my salesperson Peter Hershey was willing to help me make the best selection for my budget and the truck that I wanted as well as needed. There was no high pressure sales tactics, there was no holding my keys as if I was going to run off. He allowed me to make up my mind and answered all my questions when asked. I also appreciated the F and I person. Alberto Tapia was very clear on all the paper work, and while he showed me all the options, he never pressured me in any way. I'm a person who doesn't respond well to someone trying to sale me or put pressure on me (I will usually walk away or get angry), so this was a good experience for me. This is my second time (in a row) buying a truck from JC Lewis Ford and I would not hesitate to buy or recommend this dealership to anyone. Pastor David S. Riner More
