What a great experience! My wife was scheduled to work in Savannah over the Valentine weekend and I was fortunate to tag along. While she was working I had some spare time so decided to look around for a new Savannah over the Valentine weekend and I was fortunate to tag along. While she was working I had some spare time so decided to look around for a new vehicle for her. We had been casually looking for sometime but just had not decided on the right vehicle. When I stopped in to JC Lewis Ford and began looking I sat down the first day with a salesperson but could not find the vehicle but made an appointment to come back with my wife the next day. We were greeted the next day by Larry Morse who set down with us to get an idea of the requirements we needed in a vehicle. After gathering all the info and our price limit he went to work to find the vehicle. He not only found the vehicle but went and picked it up at another dealership (a three hour trip) and took the time to set up the mysync and explain to my wife how everthing worked. Larry made the deal work with our trade in and got the price we had planned on. He was easy going and treated my wife with respect which we had not experienced at other dealers. Larry B made the paper work go as quickly and smoothly as possible explaining all the details. I would recommend if you are looking for a new vehicle it's worth traveling a few hours south to JC Lewis Ford to find a pleasant buying experience. More
I have a 2010 Ford Edge and I have always brought my vehicle in for services at J.C. Ford service center. The service is great especially Chase, he is my service guy who always takes care of me when I c vehicle in for services at J.C. Ford service center. Mike was very knowledgeable, honest, and customer focused. Our car sales experience has typically been less than satisfactory, but Mike and the C.S. Lewis Savannah dealership staff made this a great experience. The C-Max is an excellent vehicle, combining great handling and acceleration with fuel efficiency that far exceeds other hybrids we tested. My wife and I highly recommend this dealership, regardless of the vehicle you are looking for. More
J. C. Lewis Ford Collision Center offered me a great service when my car had to go into the shop. I got backed into in a parking lot and I needed to get my car fixed right away, and the folks there did service when my car had to go into the shop. Service center has always been great. Very friendly and always gets the oil changed in a very reasonable amount of time. Recently my husband was involved in an accident. His truck was totaled as a result. We went to look and the selections were plentiful. Met David Capote and explained our needs. He immediately showed us several options that he felt would fit our needs. Once we test drove the Ford Escape he had shown us our decision was easy. Buying a used vehicle you want to be sure that your dealer is going to stand behind your purchase and that their service department is going to give you a fair price when needed. We had heard J.C. Lewis's Service Dept. was the place to go. Once we made our choice David introduced us to Joe Welch to complete the deal. Joe explained everything to us step by step and also explained the option packages available. We would highly recommend J.C. Lewis Ford to anyone thinking of purchasing a new or used vehicle. I made an appointment with the Service Department for my first-ever service call for my new Ford C-Max; when I arrived at the appointed time, the staff was prompt, friendly and courteous. I even ran into m first-ever service call for my new Ford C-Max; when I arrived at the appointed time, the staff was prompt, friendly and courteous. I even ran into my Salesman, David McCalla, who was also very friendly--even fixed a problem I was having with my personal I-Pad while I was waiting for my service to be completed. The waiting room provided to me while my service work was being performed was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The service work was performed within the time estimated by the very nice lady who handled my appointment. The entire service experience was positive, prompt, comfortable and well organized at a price I thought was very reasonable. And, I love our new C-Max!! Stan Thornton More
