He was extremely patient and answered my questions, while demonstrating how to do things. He was terrific! He volunteered to answer more and since I did forget a question, I've called back. More

We always br My husband and I have been customers at JCLewis Ford for over 10 years now, having bought four vehicles since 2004 (from Peter Hershey.) We always bring our Fords to JCLewis for regular oil changes and upkeep/maintenance. Recently, my Mustang had a couple of power problems; the driver’s power seat and the door handle. Still under warranty, so everything was taken care of without cost to me; however, it’s naturally an inconvenience to have to be without your car for a few days, AND YET! – at JCLewis, everything is always dealt with in such an A+ professional manner. SPECIAL THANKS TO DON JOHNSON!! He was such a pleasure to work with. I enjoy dealing with JCLewis Ford and all the team members there. I am glad there is an Enterprise rental on premises that just made everything so much quicker and easier, and I really like the new refurbishment in the service section – much more comfortable area for both the employees and the customers! Thank you again for making JCLewis Ford the place where we intend to continue doing business in the years to come. More

I was greeted by Billy Collins, who made me feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed me around and guided me through the available cars there. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman was very informative and he was answering every question of mine patiently. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesman like Billy Collins delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience. And, I was completely satisfied with the finance/credit manager, Jim Mock's professionalism, and the other gentlemen that handled the trade in transaction. (1) The Service Dept lady scheduled me that day at 2:30. When I arrived they could not find where this appointment was made but took me in anyway. (2) I told the Service dept lady on the phone and read it to her that I just got this email special for "Receive your 1st lube, oil and filter change for $36.95 which includes a Tire Rotation!* Complimentary 5,000 mile Multi Point Vehicle Inspection! All Done While You Wait! I told her I wanted it all done. I told and showed the service guy after arriving my printed email offer and said I want this all done. (3) Truck was delivered back to service desk with oil and filter change, Complimentary 5,000 mile Multi Point Vehicle Inspection done only. The Service guy said they did not do the rotation and wanted to know if I still want it done. Question? Why would I present a special letter offer and not take ever thing that it had offered. I told him yes and he was sorry that it did not get done but had to wait longer to get this accomplished. Over all somehow there were some communication issues... But all was taken care of. More

Shoddy work My F150's compressor was replaced in July 2014 due to a ball bearing gone bad on the outside housing. Had to come back in August 2014 for a recharge b My F150's compressor was replaced in July 2014 due to a ball bearing gone bad on the outside housing. Had to come back in August 2014 for a recharge because an o-ring wasn't installed properly when the compressor was replaced. Had to come back again in March 2015 for a whole new compressor. JC Lewis covered the costs of the 2 follow-up visits. However for this last visit their customer service was awful. I made an appointment but when I arrived, the tech was nowhere to be found. Very little communication from the staff. They had my truck for 5 days to repair it with no compensation ... After 2 days they offered a "discounted" car rental rate of $30/day. When my truck was finally ready it took 3 calls and almost 2 hours for the courtesy driver to pick me up. Then when I arrived to pick up my truck, again my service rep was not available. I'm seriously considering going across state lines to the next closet Ford dealership if the truck needs work again. More

We therefore decided to try out Ford for a change and ended up at Lewis Ford. First off I want to say that they have a great selection of cars, specially of Hybirds which I was interested in . Our salesman and Sales Manager were able to give us what we wanted, they also made this car buying exercise a very pleasant experience. For a change this turned into a very pleasant day and not a "fight to the last man standing." In closing , I would like to say that if you are in the market for a Ford give them a try. Yes I would strongly recommend them to my friends. More
