Great service My husband and I came in on a late Saturday afternoon to trade in my Ford Edge for a new Ford Fusion with our 3 children (the youngest was 18 months). My husband and I came in on a late Saturday afternoon to trade in my Ford Edge for a new Ford Fusion with our 3 children (the youngest was 18 months). It took awhile to go through the process due to our challenging credit. Rodney was super patient and so easy going. We didn't finalize everything until well after closing but he never once complained. Took the car for the first maintenance and was very impressed with the service department and the updates received while waiting. Highly recommend. More

Excellent attention to detail My husband and I got The Works yesterday. My husband determined that lug nuts were properly torqued, tire pressures exactly correct, all fluid levels were brought up to the max marks, and the oil change was done very neatly with the oil level brought up to exactly where it should be. Very professional and thorough We had an intermittent problem with the steering of our new 2015 Ford Explorer Sport. It was frustrating because the mechanics could not reproduce the We had an intermittent problem with the steering of our new 2015 Ford Explorer Sport. It was frustrating because the mechanics could not reproduce the shake we were experiencing. After several attempts they called in a special Ford engineer who diagnosed the problem. A part was replaced and JC Lewis had the engineer back to check it out before releasing it to us. At all times, Chase, our mechanic was attentive and kept us informed of the progress. Mike Offer also met with us to assure us they were doing everything to correct the problem. We were impressed by the professionalism and personal service we received. More

I had my car towed to your collision center & met ERIC BRAVO, he took charge of my situation. This young man is a true asset to your company, he is very knowledgeable, courteous & sympathetic. He realized the trauma I was going thru & did all he could to put my mind at ease. This guy called me every day to give me current daily updates on the progress of my car. Service Repair Based off my most recent visit it was not so pleasent, scheduled an appointment to get my vehicle looked at and after waiting for over an hour, the cu Based off my most recent visit it was not so pleasent, scheduled an appointment to get my vehicle looked at and after waiting for over an hour, the customer rep comes out to the waiting room and tells me that a mechanic is finishing up another job and than will take a look at my truck. The whole purpose of me scheduling an appointment the week prior was so that I would not run into the problem that I did that day. I was very fustrated and upset for the time that they had wasted of mines for a mechanic just to take a look at my truck and the service manager tells me that oil changes have priority over a service repair but, I made an appointment and told the guy over the phone that I was bringing my vehicle in to be looked at for a repair. The service manager could not give me an explanation why everything was handled the way that it was that day but, I was truly disappointed in the way that I was treated and lack of communication from the service dept to the customer. More
Painless & Quick Service My last car was a Lexus and the trips to the Lexus Dealership were so expensive that I felt robbed every time I left. My service to JC Lewis has been My last car was a Lexus and the trips to the Lexus Dealership were so expensive that I felt robbed every time I left. My service to JC Lewis has been much more reasonable, quick and painless. They provide shuttle service if you need it back to home or office. For more extended visits, they have arranged a loaner for me. I am very pleased thus far with JC Lewis Ford service. BTW, I like my Ford Edge more than the Lexus RX 350 I drove. Same gas mileage but the Ford has lots more features! More

They took our car back at the scheduled time and within an hour it was ready. The service manager detailed and explained thoroughly what occurred and what was done to correct the issue. We were very pleased with the visit and will return soon for our vehicle maintenance. More
