It took awhile to go through the process due to our challenging credit. Rodney was super patient and so easy going. We didn't finalize everything until well after closing but he never once complained. Very professional and thorough We had an intermittent problem with the steering of our new 2015 Ford Explorer Sport. It was frustrating because the mechanics could not reproduce the shake we were experiencing. After several attempts they called in a special Ford engineer who diagnosed the problem. A part was replaced and JC Lewis had the engineer back to check it out before releasing it to us. At all times, Chase, our mechanic was attentive and kept us informed of the progress. Mike Offer also met with us to assure us they were doing everything to correct the problem. We were impressed by the professionalism and personal service we received. More
