Our 2011 Ford Escape develo We have done business with J. C. Lewis Ford for a number of reasons; most especially because they put the customer first. Our 2011 Ford Escape developed a problem, I called J. C. Lewis Ford Service and had the good fortune to be connected to Dan Holton. He told us to have it brought in and they would see what the problem was. We had it towed and dropped off. Dan was in constant communication with us, the car was repaired quickly and we were not inconvenienced in at all. It is truly a blessing to have someone say they will call you back shortly, and then actually do it. We have brought several cars from J. C. Lewis in the 20 plus years that we have lived here, and will continue to do so. More
