My car needed repairs (under warranty) due to transmission concerns, so I scheduled an appointment on a Thursday. Even when I tried to drop off my vehicle on the weekend (not expecting it to be looked at) so that I would not have to disrupt my work schedule, the service department would not receive it. It wasn't until I asked someone directly that I was offered the option to place my keys in a designated drop box and park my car nearby. The service dept explained at the very beginning that they were backed up on service orders, but that still does not explain how it took close to a week for my car to be repaired and returned to me. This timeline defeats the purpose of setting up an appointment in the first place, especially when the repair ended up being as minor as a computer update to improve the transmission. More

It is refreshing to work with such an organized group and they treated me like they had known me for years. I got my truck back and it looks great. Waited to long for a battery! Went in for a dead battery that was under warranty and had to wait 3.5hrs with a sick 2yr old. Not fun! Mike was very nice about warning me about the possible wait but 3.5hts is a bit excessive. Mike stated for it to be covered under warranty they have to charge it completely then see what the computer states (Im not blaming Mike, im blaming the clowns who made up the rules for the warranty) They put a new battery in but the warranty does not renew??? It still goes from the original battery purchase date. Knowing this, I had just assume buying from a local store that will test the battery in 3-5 minutes and change it in 10. It's ridiculous that they have to completely charge the battery before the warranty will cover it. I will not buy a battery from here again to have sit and wait that length of time for a very quick fix. I sure hope someone in the warranty department reevaluates the unnecessary evaluation of the dead battery. More

Service department We took our truck in for some recall work and was told we needed some front end work done. We agreed since we already had the truck there. We should h We took our truck in for some recall work and was told we needed some front end work done. We agreed since we already had the truck there. We should have taken it to the shop we usually use instead! Because of the front end work being done, we were told we would need to also get an alignment done. The truck was in alignment when we took it in (alignment was not one of the front end issues) but after the work was done, including the alignment, the truck is pulling to the right. So we took the truck back the same day we picked it up. Today we are called and told the machine they align with says it is fine and that if it is pulling to the right it is probably because we have larger tires and rims on it. Well I could possibly believe that if there was an issue with the alignment when we took it in there. Never again - should have went with my gut. Thought thing might have changed there but they have not. More

It took a couples try but customer service was great Well I was in a tricky situation. My cAR was acting up so I took it there and long story short the first 3 times they tried to fix it is didn't work. Well I was in a tricky situation. My cAR was acting up so I took it there and long story short the first 3 times they tried to fix it is didn't work. So it was very stressful having to keep bring my car back. But at the end if it all my car was fixed and I absolutely loved the people there. Chad, Tracy, and deke were all lovely. I now have my car back and it works great. Thank you ! More
Ensured was made right Had to take my 2016 F250 in for a couple of issues and when I left they knew I was not the most happy person in the world. Before I even made it home Mr. Mike Offer was already made aware. He told me when I got time to bring it back and it would be made right. When my wife took it back he, the Service Manager and the Body Shop Manger met her there, listened to her, escorted her to a loaner car then called her when it was ready. When she got there it was fixed right and they even did the first oil change for free. It is when things don't go as planned that determines the true charter of someone. Mike and the whole team did what it took to make it right. Keep up the good work. More
