Took too long for routine service appointment. Bought the vehicle from JC Lewis and have used the service department before with great results. However, on this visit I arrived on time and vehicle Bought the vehicle from JC Lewis and have used the service department before with great results. However, on this visit I arrived on time and vehicle servicing had not been completed after a two hour wait and had received no update during the wait. Finally went to question service advisor but he was at lunch. Asked another advisor for assistance and he checked and told me it would be another 30 minutes at which point I complained and was referred to the Service Manager who checked and got the service completed immediately. I was also given the service with no charge to make up for the delay. I would recommend this dealer due to previous experiences and the manner in which the service manager handled this matter. Hopefully, this was a one time screw up. More

Friendly and organized. I've only just recently purchased my 2015 Transit Connect Titannium within the last year. I've only had to take it in for scheduled maintenance and a low air pressure warning. From the greeters to the people who process your information, they show a high degree of professionalism and courtesy. They even give you telephone reminders of your appointment. I would highly recommend them for your service needs. More

Service - 2014 Ford Fiesta Everyone in the service department was incredibly courteous and kind when dealing with my recent vehicle service. My car needed repairs (under warrant Everyone in the service department was incredibly courteous and kind when dealing with my recent vehicle service. My car needed repairs (under warranty) due to transmission concerns, so I scheduled an appointment on a Thursday. Even when I tried to drop off my vehicle on the weekend (not expecting it to be looked at) so that I would not have to disrupt my work schedule, the service department would not receive it. It wasn't until I asked someone directly that I was offered the option to place my keys in a designated drop box and park my car nearby. The service dept explained at the very beginning that they were backed up on service orders, but that still does not explain how it took close to a week for my car to be repaired and returned to me. This timeline defeats the purpose of setting up an appointment in the first place, especially when the repair ended up being as minor as a computer update to improve the transmission. More
