Good / 2003 Explorer Dan Holton was patient and helpful when my Explorer had a small electrical problem. Their staff has always worked with me to resolve any issues that I found disturbing, (few as they have been). I have never driven away feeling like I was not given proper service and respect. Barry is Better!! I had an extremely busy week however, I was able to schedule an appointment to get a part that was previously ordered for my car. Barry allowed me to schedule a 5 o'clock appointment, even though they closed at 6. When I checked in I explained that I had a dinner reservation; Barry checked me in and we looked at the car with me explaining that the part just popped out and then back in. I went to go wait within minutes I see Barry with the part getting ready to put it in my car! I was so happy and excited. Barry is what customer service is all about: caring, motivated, proactive!
