Great repair experience We recently took our 2012 Focus in for some general maintenance work and some warranty work. The service team did a great job working on the vehicle We recently took our 2012 Focus in for some general maintenance work and some warranty work. The service team did a great job working on the vehicle and delivered it back to us in fairly short order, even though the warranty portion required them to order a number of parts. Mike Schum was our service adviser and kept us up to date on the status of the repairs. I would recommend giving JC Lewis a try. More

OOOPPPPSSS Well, when I gave my review yesterday, it was before I looked closely at my car. The dealer DID NOT wash the car as they were supposed to.
