The car is repaired on time and correctly every time I come to the dealership. I drive about 4000 miles each month and I make a visit for oil changes and warranty work about once a month. My service agent is friendly and takes my best interests to heart. He is a very valuable asset to the company. I will continue to be a customer to the dealership that treats me as someone special. The Works Package An appointment was made on Friday for service at 10:00 am, the following Wednesday for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection of my vehicle as adve An appointment was made on Friday for service at 10:00 am, the following Wednesday for oil change, tire rotation, and inspection of my vehicle as advertised in "The Works" package. I arrived at approximately 9:50 and was directed to Service Advisor Chad Tollison. I immediately informed Chad that I had another important commitment later in the day and would like my vehicle back as soon as possible. With Chad's prompt handling of my service request, I had my vehicle back, with all requested service completed, in less than an hour and a half. Many thanks to Chad for giving me the attention I requested. During my wait, I attempted to relax in the comfortable waiting lounge, however the TV was extremely loud and the program for most of the time was an obnoxious host. I did not have to watch the TV but did have to listen. My suggestion would be to mute the TV and possibly turn on the caption function for those who were interested in the program, which no one appeared to be while I was in the waiting area. More

Excellent service When I arrived to have my car serviced, I didn't know it wasn't needed. My husband had already had it done somewhere else. Instead of going ahead and doing the job, Barry said to hold it of until it's needed. He also informed me that they found my back tail light was out and the light mustang was gone on the passenger side. Barry called to get authorization to have everything fixed and that saved me thousands of dollars. The back tail light had to order and he called me when it arrived. Barry scheduled me an appointment and my car was fixed quickly. I am so happy with the service I received. They even washed my car. My Mustang looked Fabulous! The service team is Awesome! I spoke with Peggy in customer service and she made the necessary arrangements for me to get my F 150 into the service department that day. Mr. Chad Tollison was my service advisor. He could not have been nicer or more helpful in assuring me they would get to my truck ASAP and let me know what service would be required. He called me back in less than 2 hours to advise they had identified the problem and it would be taken care of first thing the next morning. Chad called me at 9:30 AM the next morning and advise the problem was resolved and in fact it was covered by warranty. Problem solved in the most professional manner by all. Upsetting I went in for an oil change & ended up costing $128. Usually Dan Holton helps me but he was out so a young man named Chad was the service guy that as I went in for an oil change & ended up costing $128. I had a coupon for $39.95 for an oil change. When he called & left me a message how much I called right back to ask why! I am a single mother/grandmother & had to figure out how to pay for it. He said "You signed the paper". It was my fault I signed without reading, because I was use to Dan explaining everything to me.....last oil change I will get there, unless maybe if I can get Dan & I make sure I read everything. So just be sure to read everything before signing!! More
