Poor communication days 1 & 2 We scheduled service. It ended up being scheduled for the Monday after the hurricane. I called Friday to reschedule. Was told the service managers We scheduled service. It ended up being scheduled for the Monday after the hurricane. I called Friday to reschedule. Was told the service managers were calling e equine to reschedule. We never got a call but we got a notice that we missed our appointment. I had to call when I received that notice to rezchedule. The service manager didn't call us. Scheduled appointment and dropped car off. Service called me at 7:30am and said they had the car and were taking a look at it. I called them at 2:30 for status and they said they were backed up due to the hurricane which made no sense and said the had to Check it but it never would have been done the same day even if it got in on time. 2 days and $1700 later we have a new motor for the convertible top. Picking it up and spending that much money did not impress the cashier to give good customer service. Bad experience from beginning to end. We are moving business and future purchases to OC Welch. More
