Does not value the customer I took my vehicle here to get it checked when my check engine light came on. I dropped off my vehicle and it sat for an entire business day and no one I took my vehicle here to get it checked when my check engine light came on. I dropped off my vehicle and it sat for an entire business day and no one serviced my car. I was not contacted by the service department to be told I’d have to leave my vehicle there over night. I had to call multiple times just to get someone to answer right before they closed. The next day it was looked at and I was called and told that they didn’t have the part in and to come pick up my vehicle. I was inconvenienced for two days without a car to pick it up and it still not be fixed. Every person I had contact with at this dealership was rude. The service department manger himself called me to defend his employees as to why they didn’t contact me in a timely manner and never apologized for the rude treatment I received while there. They do not value their customers. More
