My visit to J.C.Lewis Ford Arrived at the service department around 7:40 am.Service Adviser Donnie Bazemore met me at my truck and asked how he could help me. I told him that I wanted my truck serviced, and that I wanted the works. I also asked that they check my tires for cupping. He advised OK.. He asked if I was leaving the vehicle or waiting. I advised waiting.Mr Bazemore came in later and showed me the condition of my vehicle fluids. He advised me what he thought needed to be done,and I told him to do whatever was necessary, which they did. My visit was longer than I had planned, but Mr Bazemore kept me advised as what was going on. Mr Bazemore came in later and explained everything that they had done and then turned me over to a very nice lady, I paid my bill and left. More
