Very nice people, not pushy, clean location, accommodating to my wants, BUT… I spent $80K on a new vehicle, could’ve used a cup of coffee. While we were waiting for them to pull a test vehicle a accommodating to my wants, BUT… I spent $80K on a new vehicle, could’ve used a cup of coffee. While we were waiting for them to pull a test vehicle around we said we needed some coffee, they confirmed the Starbucks is around the corner. I spent $80K and they couldn’t even tint the front windows for me, not even a Yeti cup. I asked for a couple free oil changes and they looked at me like I asked for a free car. Every time I told them I needed to leave to get my daughter down for a nap, they said “this’ll only take 2 minutes”, and an hour and a half later we were still there. The people are nice, but their customer experience is sorely lacking. The little things will always matter more to customers, they need some work there. More
