Wow! Can believe employees at this dealership would tarnish the name of the Dealership they work for by engaging in nonsense and bad practices with potent Can believe employees at this dealership would tarnish the name of the Dealership they work for by engaging in nonsense and bad practices with potential customers. I inquired about a Maverick which the web page showed several on the lot and available and even displays the windows sticker and a fair price of these five vehicles. I was played with and teased with numerous messages regarding these vehicles on which I was asked which one I wanted. I got prequalified at Ford Motor Credit, chose my financing options and get my Military and Farm Bureau discounts approved and printed ready for a deal. Eventually I was told that it was a automated response and they where not available and told me no orders available and 8 months out at the earliest. Okay! I’m done. Than I received a email about my experience and yesterday I got a email telling me the vehicle I selected was sold which of the remaining would I like. I told them I wasn’t amazed with the teasing and BS emails I was receiving implying and posting Mavericks not in inventory. Apparently several involved must have gotten a big chuckle jacking me around which I told them I didn’t appreciate. This has gone on for a week now and after teasing and playing games I asked them to remove me from there contact list. This kind of nonsense is unprofessional and it’s wrong to send and post vehicles that are not available but showing customers they are on there web page. I was jacked around and given hope that they had vehicles available and even showed me in my last email from them current inventory. What a disgrace to mire the name of your own employer to have alittle fun laughing at there customers. Customers beware! More
